Our objective will be to understand your situation and goals.The next step will be for us to suggest the best rental strategy (Semi-Furnished, Non-Furnished or Fully-Furnished) to use. We can then confirm the rental price of your property and finish by answering any other questions you might have about us.

Once we have an interested tenant, we will take care of doing the credit checks, reference check and job check. We will then present the results to the owner and have them approve of the candidate.

To conclude the rental process, once the owner approves the candidate, we will prepare the lease or rental contract, make sure that necessary paperwork (building rules and other) is prepared and have all parties sign.
